Donna and I teamed up to offer holiday mini sessions in 2013, we really wanted to bless a family like we have both been blessed. And what better way to do that than through our photography business? We were really hoping that we would be able to provide Christmas gifts to a family who wouldn’t otherwise have Christmas gifts to open. We were able to meet our goal and provided Christmas for a family of six in North Carolina. They didn’t get an abundance of gifts, but we were able to get two gifts for each of the kids, and give them a gift card to purchase more gifts, or groceries. Whatever their family needed most.
In order to advertise the mini sessions we wanted to show what our “scenes” would be; so we asked my friend Laura to bring her sweet babies into the studio so we could use them as “models” for our advertising for the sessions. Camden was almost two years old, and he was a challenge! But don’t worry, I love a challenge! All he wanted to do was explore the new studio and get his mommy’s attention. They were just starting to adjust to being a family of four. About a month before, sweet little Cora was born.
But we were able to get a couple cute ones of him. bribing little ones with marshmallows works like a charm…sometimes! We also got a few photos of his gorgeous little sister! Isn’t she a cutie pie?!
Thanks, Laura for letting me steal your little ones for a quick session! They are so much fun!! I cannot wait to watch them both grow up through my lens. Thank you for always trusting me with capturing these moments in your lives.
